I used napaonline.com to look up a few parts for my truck, and from what I could tell, it was straightforward. The search worked fine for me, and it showed what was in stock at my local store, which saved me from having to call around. Checkout was quick too, without a bunch of extra steps. I got the confirmation email right away. I can’t say how it is for every order, but mine went smoothly and I’d probably use it again

"Slow help when I had a pickup question"
I ordered a part from NAPA and just had a quick question about when it would be ready for pickup. Customer service took a lot longer to reply than I expected, and by the time I heard back, I had already gone to the store and figured it out myself.
The part itself was totally fine, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. It’s hard to describe, but the support experience just felt kind of slow and a little frustrating when I needed a simple answer.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this: the part felt cheap, and it didn’t fit my truck even though the site said it would. I ended up wasting time dealing with the return, so I’d double-check before ordering.

"Couldn’t really find what I needed in stock"
I tried ordering a few basic parts, almost everything I looked at was either out of stock or not available in my area. I was kind of surprised because I expected Napa to have a better selection. A couple times I thought I found what I needed, but then it either disappeared at checkout or only showed pickup at a store like 40 miles away. I don’t know, maybe I just had bad timing, but it was frustrating and I ended up giving up.

"Return was fine, refund dragged a bit"
I had to return a part that didn’t fit, and the store took it back without any real hassle. The refund took almost a week though, and I ended up calling once to check on it. i kind of figured the refund would be the slow part because that’s usually how these things go, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I’d like

"Had to wait around way too long again"
Shipping took forever again, and the tracking wasn’t much help either. I kept checking for updates and basically had to just sit there being patient, which is frustrating when you’re not getting reliable info

"I’ve ordered from NAPA a handful of..."
I’ve ordered from NAPA a handful of times, and the main thing I keep noticing is the price. Maybe I’m just zeroing in on the cost more than anything else, but a lot of the parts I looked at seemed cheaper at other places, including some local shops. Even when there’s a discount, it doesn’t always feel like it makes much of a difference.

The shipping and pickup side of things has been fine for me, so I don’t really have complaints there. It’s just the value that feels a little off. I expected better deals from Napa online, so I’ll still check it if I’m in a bind, but it’s probably not the first place I’d go anymore
